As part of Mental Health Awareness Month in May, LDC Wellbeing is excited to partner with Ruth Cooper-Dickson, a UK-based resilience, wellbeing, and trauma-informed coach, to offer an Introduction to Breathwork workshop. This session will take place on Tuesday, May 14.
Breathwork is the practice of using intentional, controlled breathing exercises to affect your physical, mental, and emotional state in positive ways. As a mindfulness tool, practicing breathwork can be a wonderful aid in re-centering in the present moment.
