Movement: Moving More for our Mental Wealth

Movement is the theme for Mental Health Awareness week in 2024, a topic Ruth Cooper-Dickson is passionate about discussing. As a positive psychology practitioner, wellbeing coach, certified breathwork leader and qualified fitness instructor; Ruth spent time working in the fitness industry and has experienced the positives and sometimes the negatives, that result from using exercise as a coping strategy.

This 60-minute engaging keynote will be interactive, with a blend of science, story-telling and practical tools for discovering how moving more supports your own self-care.
