About Ruth
Ruth holds an MSc in Applied Positive Psychology and Coaching Psychology, coupled with accreditation as an EMCC Coaching Practitioner. Her research area sits within the coaching sphere and how it can facilitate the outcome of post-traumatic growth, a topic she speaks and writes about in the media. Ruth’s lived experience of burnout, breakdown and her journey of navigating a diagnosis of anxiety disorders is where the passion has been born to support individuals find their own meaning and purpose, coupled with investing in their Mental Wealth.
