Coaching & Breathwork

Trauma-informed Thrivership Coaching
“Imagine your very being, as your own home. The house you can picture in your mind’s eye is who you are. The house structure may be solid, it may need a lick of paint, or may need extensive structural renovation to ensure the foundations are solid. Parts of it may need to be completely remodeled.” This quote is part of Ruth’s coaching manifesto. Her mission as your coach is to support you to unpack the parts you feel are important and to support you to revamp, remodel, or rebuild. There are lots of reasons why you might be feeling stuck but know that coaching could be the key to unlocking your dream home.
- Get clear on why you are stuck, where do you want to be and how you will get there.
- Build your own practical tools and strategies to boost your Mental Wealth.
- Step into a safe place to explore how feelings, emotions and behaviours are blocking you from thriving.

Breathwork Classes
Transformational breathwork is a popular circular breathing technique designed to create arousal, move beyond the conscious mind, and focus on the aspects of healing and growth. Ruth practices holotropic breathwork, which involves monitored rapid breathing patterns and meditative music. This helps participants enter an altered state of consciousness.
Ruth focuses on the theme or intention of the class with a curated playlist, coupled with positive psychology interventions, such as gratitude techniques, affirmations, and journaling.
Transformational breathwork could be for you if you are keen to develop the following:
- Relieving stress and anxiety
- Releasing and healing trauma or adverse life experiences
- Focusing on being more positive
- Developing emotional regulation
- Seeking energy and performance
- Enhancing your quality of sleep
- Reducing chronic pain.
Ruth’s breathwork class timetable is available both in-person and online, with a couple of classes running per month. If you cannot find a class date to suit then please do consider a 1:1 private class.
1:1 90-minute breathwork class: £25 online and £40 in-person.
If you attend in-person with a friend, family member, or partner it is £60 for two people.
Ruth can also bring breathwork classes to your corporate retreats and wellbeing events. Get in touch for more information by emailing info@ruthcooperdickson.com.
