Trauma-informed Thrivership Coaching

ā€œImagine your very being, as your own home. The house you can picture in your mind’s eye is who you are. The house structure may be solid, it may need a lick of paint, or may need extensive structural renovation to ensure the foundations are solid. Parts of it may need to be completely remodeledā€ This quote is part of Ruth’s coaching manifesto. Her mission as your coach is to support you to unpack the parts you feel are important and to support you to revamp, remodel, or rebuild. There are lots of reasons why you might be feeling stuck but know that coaching could be the key to unlocking your dream home.
