This 90-minute energising session hosted by Ruth Cooper-Dickson from Team CHAMPS, is a great opportunity to practice those sometimes difficult and tricky conversations on wellbeing and the workplace in a safe space.
We will start with a short recap of the signs when someone may be in the strain zone for too long, plus the hints and tips on how to have, what can feel like at times, a courageous conversation.
We will break-out into small groups to practice conversations using a series of case studies. This is your opportunity to become curious, try out different language and see what feels comfortable and genuine for you. Your small peer group will provide support to encourage self-development.
You will have the chance to share your learnings, observations, hints and tips with the larger group.
A handout will be provided with the practical takeaways.
